Written By: Star Reporter on Feb 8th, 2010

Police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Paul Beharry, 37 years old of Bisee, Castries, who was shot about 8:45pm, on Thursday February 4 at the intersection of Grass-Street and Leslie Land, Castries.

Reports indicate that two masked men approached a group of men and fired several shots in their direction. Consequently, Paul Beharry got hit in an area of his head. He was thereafter taken to the Victoria Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Another man known as Godwin Richardson, 30 years old of Grass Street, was also shot during the incident but he is in a stable condition at the Victoria Hospital.
