I AM SORRY TO SAY THE MAJORITY OF DRIVERS IN ST LUCIA DON’T CARE ABOUT THE WAY PPL CROSS THE ROADS,SOME OF THEM ARE EXTREMELY IGNORANT AND BELIEVE THEY OWN THE ROAD,I DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF KNOWLEDGE THEY ARE IN NEED OF WHERE DRIVING WITH CARE IS CONCERN.A GOOD EXAMPLE SHOULD BE MADE WITH ONE(JAIL) FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS FOR CARELESS DRIVING.
