Quanti Bomani is looking forward to the opening of the Crescendo Jazz Lounge as his contribution to the St Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival 2013.

Rodney Bay has a new additional pleasure spot just in time for the St Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival.  It is none other than the Crescendo Jazz Lounge.

Owned and operated by Quanti Bomani and his team, the Crescendo Jazz Lounge has its Grand Opening this week for three nights on May 7th, 8th, and 9th where there will be live Jazz by Michele Henderson and her band from Dominica.

Quanti Bomani is a saxophonist from Dominica who grew up in New York and was educated in Virginia, USA.  He raised his family and lived in the San Francisco Bay Area in California.  Bomani is a well-known jazz musician and has played in many countries all over the world including Asia and South America.

After moving back to Dominica “back to his Caribbean roots” as he says, he has been a regular visitor to St Lucia over many years and has a special love for the island. On one of his recent visits to St Lucia he observed a vacant building in Rodney Bay and thought it would be the perfect venue to open a Jazz lounge and in time for this very special season of Jazz in St Lucia.

Crescendo Jazz Lounge, as the name indicates, is an exclusive Jazz venue,  opened six nights a week with several nights of live music. The focus is not only on Jazz music but also on unique, attractively presented cuisine, offered at affordable prices.

The new venue is expected to attract persons looking for sophisticated yet down to earth, great ambience.  Crescendo is sure to attract mature audiences looking for a place to have great conversation over great food and drink specials made by the Crescendo team.
