L-R: Sandra of CEI, Rohanne and Gary of Rotary and Cheslie of CEI

On Saturday December 7, Columbian Emeralds International at Duty Free La Place Carenage hosted two representatives of the world-renowned Swiss watch company, Rotary. During the cocktail event, the CEI/Rotary collaboration was unveiled with a unique line of watches as well as the watch-makers alignment with premiere league football team Chelsea

Football Club.

According to Gary Clements one of the representatives present, Rotary is a fourth generation family owned watch brand offering Swiss made ladies and gents traditional watches. “It was established in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland in 1895 by M. Dreyfuss, Rotary is present in over 45 countries worldwide and was awarded the status of a consumer superbrand in the UK in 2013,” he explained.  Rotary is very proud of its reputation as a trusted brand known for high quality, design led timepieces, representing affordable luxury.

For more than a century, Rotary has preserved its Swiss heritage, crafting watches with the same quality materials and testing each watch to ensure an outstanding high quality time piece. Rotary builds on this heritage by investing in innovative product design development, staff training and leading marketing initiatives to ensure it meets the needs of the modern consumer. Rotary offers consumers a wide choice of dress watches – all designed to a high specification, guaranteeing longevity and reliability.

“Our expertise means that all Rotary watches in both our ladies and gents ranges have been upgraded to our Waterproof specification meaning that you and your watch can swim and dive all day,” explained Rohanne Rollis the other Rotary representative. She emphasized that the watches are waterproof for as deep underwater as one can go without any diving apparatus.

The new Rotary revelation which is a gold plaited two in one watch was also unveiled on Saturday and truly had that “wow” effect on all who were present. The innovative Rotary Revelation models feature two watch faces that can be set with two different time zones- luxury leather straps and either PVD plated or stainless steel cases. All Rotary watches come with a Lifetime Guarantee.

On Saturday the company also revealed that it had recently signed on as the new Global Official Timekeeper of Chelsea Football Club. According to Victoria Campbell, Chief Executive of Rotary, “This is an extremely exciting sponsorship for Rotary and one that we are very proud of. Like us, Chelsea enjoys a long-standing heritage and operates on the world stage. Our partnership represents a mutually beneficial strategic alliance given that we share many common values.”Rotary watches are now available exclusively from Columbian Emeralds International in Saint Lucia.
