Reports indicate around 8:30am this morning Hazel Louis was riding his motorcycle along the Choc Road on his way to work at Bank of St Lucia when tragedy struck. He was involved in an accident which led to his death. He was 23-years-old. The STAR will be providing more details as they are forthcoming.
