26 Year Old Suspected of Drowning

Royal St. Lucia Police Force – On Thursday May 8, 2023 Officers of the Police Marine Unit, Vieux Fort received information of a suspected drowning about 2:40 p.m. at Coco Dan Beach, Vieux Fort/ Laborie Highway.

Upon arrival on the scene personnel of the Police Marine Unit were able to retrieve a body of a male who was later identified as twenty-six (26) year old Chester Martyr of Grace, Vieux Fort.

He was pronounced dead on the scene by a medical practitioner.
