Flow wants you to Take the Leap!

Columbus Communications St. Lucia Limited, operators of the brand “Flow”, announced that as of yesterday, August 1st, 2014, residential customers across St Lucia would receive faster internet speeds at no additional cost! This is Columbus Saint Lucia’s first national broadband campaign, under the theme “LEAP” – Let’s Evolve As People.

The plans to provide this upgrade were first mentioned during the company’s official launch last month at a cocktail function held at St. James Club, Morgan Bay. “Columbus Flow promises and we deliver!” said Country Manager, Mr. Jesse Edwards. “In less than a year, over seven (7) communities in the St. Lucia market were able to access these super-fast and reliable broadband services, with maximum internet download speeds increasing from 1.1 mbps to a whopping 100mbps.

I am now excited to share our lightning speeds island-wide to the homes. ”

Customers who currently enjoy 1.1mbps of speed will automatically be upgraded to Turbo 2 (2 mbps) and customers who currently enjoy 2.2, 3.3 and 4.4 packages respectively will automatically enjoy double their download bandwidth and increased upload speeds, at no additional cost.

Edwards continued: “The LEAP campaign offers our customers the opportunity to make the most of their digital world. We have provided the means to do what you want, on your own terms. Persons are urged to make the most of their options with the fastest broadband speeds on island at your disposal.”

Additionally, more advanced services are expected from Columbus Flow as testing is well underway to launch the anticipated access to Video on Demand and Cloud Personal Video Recording services with Cloud Storage capabilities.
Columbus’ video customers within the conversion areas are already experiencing the many benefits of Flow’s digital video service, with flexible and affordable packages to suit their varied entertainment needs and pockets, with enhanced digital picture and sound quality, advanced Parental Control capabilities and Interactive On-Screen TV Guide.

“It is, inherently, in our DNA, to positively transform any market in which we operate, and that requires a heavy level of local

involvement and overall dedication. And our investment in St Lucia is no different,” added Edwards.
