Why am I not surrised by this? This is the culture of our leaders: nothing is a problem until it’s a crisis, and when it becomes a crisis they go begging for international assistance.

This is exactly right what mr Hamlin has quoted this not rocket science.to execute is a drain has filled of muck u dig it until u get solid ground then the drain will acumilate more water .comeon stlucias don’t let politicians make late decisions on your lives.their tanks has been filled.i my self and mr Hamlin can assist to do this work at a short period.there are sludge pumps that can do this work easily.this will not go into millions form foreign companies.u remove the under growth then u can acumilate much more water .when the soil swells considerable you loose plenty of gallons to storage.the other thing u don’t need to store water in tanks use the down stream to store water build…
