I don’t understand why the ministry of Infrastructure would install speed bumps on a highway and go as far as casting them into the road. Am thinking maybe its going to be a permanent structure. I see this as nothing but a waste of money, money they claiming the country does not have. We have a government that is squeezing the necks of the people for money and they take that money and squander it on frivolous things like speed bumps that have to be removed later. Now even if…
