Instead of letting prisoners out (perhaps they would not be so honest, socially minded etc as Swedes) the Court system needs expanding, the Forensic lab needs reinstating so that information/scientific evidence can be brought to court to assist in cases, and setting extra sittings to clear the Horrorendous backlog of cases.
Yes it’s difficult for those held and awaiting trial, but it’s no picnic for the families of victims awaiting justice and hopefully some degree of closure for the loss of a loved one from a crimminal act, even where suspects have been remanded from very early on.
