This is a step in the right direction of cleaning up our waters. However it is directed towards a certain Group and placing the blame in one direction. This Act seeks to depriving certain individuals form accessing the public purse. While other contributors like hotels, services sector, factories ect. contribute to this problem and benefit from the said purse. It would be to our advantage if a prudent Prime Minister and the Opposition agree to a Clear Water Act and force all to take into consideration the importance of water preservation. This will be to the benefit of all of us.
