I have never seen a bunch of incompetent people in my life and that’s saying a lot because this is St. Lucia. Had a friend collecting a passport. They asked her to come back after lunch to collect. She decided to go the next week b/c she was travelling from out of town. They again asked her to come back after lunch. She returned the following week only to be told to come back after lunch again. Now really? Does that seem fair? Wasn’t that a complete waste of this lady’s time? They don’t care!

SOO TRUE. I experienced the incorrect birthdates on 2 of my dad’s birth certs, I still haveboth of them in my possession. Since 2003 or earlier I have been travelling yo the island and needed such documents and found them unhelpful, not very good at giving peoplecthe correctvwritten documents, its by hand and they make people come back in 3days minimum, so what is the problem. They spend thectime chatying to their friends that come in there, no wonder, and it’s only once a young girl was soo helpful getting me land registration foto copies I could not belueve her kind behaviour, I wanted to hug and kiss her.
