In assessing and identifying their incompetence we forget a period in the world economy. In 2004- 2008 the world economy was awash in cash created by clueless Keysian ideologues and the Caribbean there were billions of dollars worth of tourism projects constructed or in the pipeline.
The SLP wasted those years with spendthrift clueless management and borrowing.
