On Saturday, April 27 officers attached to the traffic department responded to a report of a serious vehicular accident along the Bexon/Odsan highway.
On arrival, officers received information that a silver pick-up driven by 33-year-old Cleveland Dexter Biscette of Hospital Road, Dennery was travelling north when it came into contact with a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, namely Tirus Mann, a 41-year-old resident of Sarrot was transported to Victoria Hospital via ambulance. He was pronounced dead on arrival.
An investigation is underway.
