All Courts’ locations to be closed

(Unicomer St. Lucia Limited)- Unicomer (St. Lucia) Limited announced today that it will be closing its Courts (furniture and appliance) stores effective January 22nd at 6:00 pm, in compliance with the COVID-19 Emergency Protocols issued by the Saint Lucia Government. In light of the mandate, the Courts Castries, Marisule, Vieux Fort and Soufriere locations will be closed during the emergency lockdown period.

Mr. Vincent Gordon, Managing Director, OECS Unicomer, explained, “With the increase in the amount of COVID-19 cases, we understand the Government’s plan to control the spread. The action to close our Courts’ locations is in support of the protocols and as good corporate citizens, we too must do our part to ensure that our communities remain safe. However, during this period and in a safe manner, we will provide remote support to our customers through our call center and via our online service to ensure that they receive the quality of service they’ve grown to appreciate from the Courts’ family.”

During the lockdown period, Courts’ customers can continue to shop online at: www.shopcourts.com/stlucia from the safety of their homes and enjoy up to 20% off furniture, appliances and housewares for a limited period. All orders booked during the lockdown will be delivered FREE of charge to our patrons.

Customers requiring special or emergency assistance or technical support, may call the Customer Care Center at 457-8100 between the hours of 8:00 am — 5:00 pm, and 8:30 am — 5:30 pm on Saturdays. For remote technical support or emergencies, customers can the Servitech Emergency Helpline at 285-3549 between the hours of 8:00 am — 5:00 pm, and 8:30 am — 5:30 pm on Saturdays.
