News reaching the STAR indicate the St Lucia Bar Association took a decision on Monday February 14 to strike. This follows an incident where a florescent light fixture broke above Justice Rosalyn Wilkinson’s desk during a sitting of the Civil Court on Thursday February 10.
The Bar Association has long protested the deplorable conditions of the High Court building. The organization has sent a letter to the Attorney General’s Chambers hoping to make its voice heard.
