As basketball fans island-wide gear up for the arrival of NBA champion Mario Chalmers, staff and management of the Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa are busy getting ready to host the celebrity athlete and his entourage. This week, the Starting Point Guard for the Miami Heat NBA team will be landing in St. Lucia to take part in various events and promotional activities lead by Rhythm FM Inc. “We’re honored to have the opportunity to host Mario and his crew,” said Senator Berthia Parle, General Manager for the Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa, “His appearance will be a wonderful treat for young aspiring athletes and his presence in St. Lucia is likely to offer fantastic promotional exposure for our country. We’re delighted to be a part of making this much-anticipated visit become a reality.”
