Bill Payment Made Easier

The innovative bill payment service: SurePay, now accepts credit and debit cards for fast and easy payment of bills. Furthermore, SurePay continues to be a completely FREE service. The addition of an electronic payment option means more convenience for SurePay’s customers, and reduces their personal risk of carrying cash.

“When we launched SurePay, it was clear we were going to change the way customers paid bills. We were always listening to our customers to see how we could make the service even faster and safer. While adding the convenience of card payments seems logical, it is a serious business decision … one we gladly made to ensure our customers, on both the business and consumer side, would be satisfied with.” says Theresa Belizaire, Business Development Manager, J.E. Bergasse & Company Ltd.

SurePay began serving Saint Lucia in September, 2012 and is operated by J.E. Bergasse & Company Ltd. SurePay is an electronic bill payment service which securely handles the distribution of funds to billers on behalf of customers, at no cost to the consumer. The SurePay system is in communication with each of the biller’s accounting systems, updating payments to each consumer account on an-ongoing basis which means, you can pay bills on the day they are due and not risk disconnection. You can also make part payments.  All SurePay consumer account information is kept current and secure.
