A big crowd of distinguished guests joined the celebration, the ceremony was attended by Her Excellency Dame Pearlette Louisy, Governor General of Saint Lucia and His Excellency Sir Rodney Williams, Governor General of Antigua and Barbuda as well as Ministers, Members of Parliament and the Diplomatic Corps accredited to Saint Lucia.
Ambassador Abderrahim Kadmiri emphasized his welcoming speech on the important development projects and engaged political and institutional reforms carried under the leadership of His Majesty the King Mohammed VI, as well as the South-South cooperation engaged by Morocco with its African partners.
The Moroccan envoy said that the relations between Saint Lucia and his country are marked by friendship and solidarity. He also underlined that education will be the next cooperation field to further strengthen between the two countries, in addition to the existing ones as the agriculture and the vocational training.
Ambassador Abderrahim Kadmiri who presented his credentials on December 15th, 2016, to Her Excellency Dame Pearlette Louisy, Governor General of Saint Lucia, is accredited to 10 other Caribbean countries.
