Dead Baby Discovered at Ravine Chabot

Police are seeking assistance to identify the circumstances surrounding the death of a new born baby boy. The lifeless body was discovered in a black plastic bag at Ravine Chabot at about 10am Thursday 21, 2014. Details are still sketchy and investigations continue.
