The water crisis in the South is beyond state of emergency. The Political Water Company as I called it needs to be dismantled and revamp on a serious level but we all know how that goes already it’s like trying to get vending space on the airport. Once again the Southerners do without so the Northerners can wash up everyday. One again session in my view should always be on the table ( put the boarder guards at rain forest) I think George Odlum looking down would quite agree. I man in the hills I have my own private stream which I am quite generous with, but I decide to venture down to Vieux Fort for the Christmas to big a few buddies and attend a few political luncheons with the leader of opposition and hear what the man in the street thinks of DHS. Needless to say the water issue was a pinch nerve for everyone to which I spoke to.. If you are going to have investments on the scale of what ‘s been “scammed” one would believed the Blood of Life would be in abundance to meet any additional demands on the current retro system , Or will their be a “special” pipeline for “them” while the pilgrims continue to bathe out of drum pans and pay VAT to maintain it while they don’t ? Stay tune you will see. The Landings is never without water. Every resort on that island is never without water. Even those famous ones in higher elevations that requires significant pumping is never a day without water. Mind bottling isn’t it ??
