EU-St Lucia sign deal

Signing ceremony of the Financing Agreement between the European Union and the Government of Saint Lucia which took place at the Cabinet Room in the Office of the Prime Minister on Thursday, January 17, 2013. The European Union was represented by Ambassador Mikael Barfod, who is the Head of Delegation of the European Union to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean.
