Flow Rewards Creole Queens

La Wenn de La Wenn winners Angela Simon and Frederica St. Croix.

[dropcap]F[/dropcap]ollowing the successful La Wenn de La Wenn (Queen of Queens) pageant some weeks ago, a prize-giving ceremony was held at the premises of the Msgr. Patrick Anthony Folk Research Centre at Mount Pleasant.

Flow, the Caribbean’s number one telecommunications provider, was the platinum sponsor for the event at which the top competitors were awarded their prizes. La Wenn de La Wenn is one of the activities for the Arts & Heritage Festival under the banner of the Soleil Saint Lucia Summer Festival.

The highly-anticipated La Wenn de La Wenn pageant was won by Ms. Angela Simon of Jacmel, who received a Samsung J7 Neo and a 30-day combo plan. Second place went to Ms. Frederica St. Croix of Castries, who won a ZTE Blade A320 and a 30-day combo plan. Third place was taken by Ms. Roselyne Popo of Desruisseaux, who accepted an Alcatel U5 with a 7-day combo plan, all compliments of Flow.

Flow teamed up with the FRC and the Ministry of Local Government to launch the company’s Christmas campaign, through which projects will be undertaken in every district in Saint Lucia that will affect citizens on a fundamental level. Flow is also giving a $2,000 cash prize to at least one customer in each district, in addition to the grand prize of a $13,000 Smart Home Technology Bundle.
