Pamela Robinson, global speaker, corporate trainer, and founder of Fusion Force, is making an impact across South Africa with a series of engagements that blend professional excellence with community empowerment.
Born and raised in Fond St. Jacques, Soufriere, St. Lucia and now based in the United States, Pamela brings leadership experience across North America, Asia, and the Caribbean. After delivering a keynote at the prestigious USBI Showcase, she extended her stay in South Africa to give back to local communities.
Pamela’s visit carries a deeply personal meaning. Growing up in St. Lucia, her neighbors often played the music of Lucky Dube, and his iconic song “Remember Me” with its unforgettable line about the streets of Soweto left a lasting impression. Today, Pamela finds herself walking those very streets and speaking directly with students in Soweto and other parts of South Africa, turning childhood inspiration into living reality.
Working alongside Mr. Simelane, a teacher, and Ms. Lunigli from Smarts, Pamela has coordinated school visits to inspire students to believe in themselves and build confidence. On January 27, she spoke with Grade 12 learners at Donaldson High School in Soweto. On January 30, she will address 700 students at Leshata Secondary School in Soweto, followed by an afternoon session with over 250 medical students at Mpilisweni Maths, Science & ICT School of Specialisation in Limpopo.
Her impact extends beyond classrooms. Pamela was featured on Alex FM Radio in Alexandra, will appear on the Africa Event Connect Podcast to discuss embracing change in the event industry, and on Business Done Right with Kefilwe Lekabe’s Chanel to share insights on leadership. She will also host a leadership session with entrepreneurs at 22 on Sloan, Africa’s largest entrepreneurship hub.
“Speaking at the USBI Showcase was an honor, but staying longer to connect with students in Soweto and Limpopo and engaging with entrepreneurs and media platforms has been deeply meaningful. From my roots in St. Lucia to my global journey, I want young leaders to see that their dreams are possible,” said Pamela Robinson.
Pamela’s visit highlights the power of leadership, resilience, and service excellence, reinforcing her commitment to empowering youth, professionals, and entrepreneurs across South Africa.
