I really don’t see what all the fuss is about on February 22, imagine a 35 year old adult with an umbilical cord attached and you got St.Lucia. Imagine that the very country which until last year funded most of their anti drug wars has legalized marijuana within its borders and now states are looking into the possibility of producing hemp to alleviate their economic situation. Then why as an independent country wouldn’t the government even give thought or engage in dialogue to the idea of hemp production after all whose economy is in worst shape. if Britain cut us loose, if we are really an independent nation, why do we still live by and under colonial rules? Somehow methinks we are still mentally attached to Britain and unless we liberate ourselves we will never be truly independent. We have not yet found among us, leaders who are willing to quit associating with those who once held us in captivity. We need to wake up!

Rick,…….though not intended to be derogatory to Sir John….BARD….. in the context he probably meant the politically tribal of whatever ilk singing or writing praises to their leader as well he could mean….you know…. to paraphrase webster’s ;a slice of bacon used to cover meat in preparation for cooking.
