Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of 18 year old, Altheus Duplessis of Morne Ciseaux, Jacmel.
Reports indicate that Duplesis was shot multiple times by an unknown assailant on Sunday, November 1, 2015 about 10:00 p.m. at Coolie Town, Marigot.
He was transported to the Victoria Hospital where he was pronounced dead by a medical doctor.
Investigations are continuing into this matter.
This is the twenty-fifth homicide for 2015.
