And pray tell!! Is the severity of the punishment dependent on the age and sex of the victim? Whether the person was sexually active or not? Is there such a thing as deserving to be raped? And are there different gradients of rape? I simply ask because I am confused by how blase the country seems to be about sexual perversion especially when its is against children and women. Is rape legal or just a little bit legal in St.Lucia? Very disturbing.
