Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating business of Interval Leisure Group, will host the 15th Annual Shared Ownership Investment Conference on October 28 – 29 at the Eden Roc Miami Beach. On the conference agenda are sessions that will be led by top industry experts, including executives from Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, Hyatt Residential Group, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and the American Resort Development Association (ARDA).
“This prestigious event provides a forum for established developers and potential entrants to hear about the latest trends and gain valuable insights, including how to capitalize in the current marketplace,” said Bryan Ten Broek, Interval’s senior vice president of sales and marketing.

Anthony Melchiorri, host of The Travel Channel’s Hotel Impossible, will be the featured speaker. Known for renovating and repositioning landmark properties, he will participate in a lively question and answer session. Mark Schaefer, a widely recognized social-media authority and author of best-selling books The Tao of Twitter, Return on Influence, and Born to Blog, will share his expertise with the hundreds already registered to attend.
Additional program highlights include discussions on the increasing popularity of asset-light product structures and the fee for service model, Wall Street’s perspective on the shared ownership industry, a lenders’ panel on accessing capital, and the popular “Meet the Leaders” session.
