I wish to shake your hand in agreement. It is unfortunate that you cannot state your identity. I fully understand because I was in that position, but guess what, I found out that victimization was my portion anyway. You have expressed exactly what I am worried about, the call for violence that can escalate to uncontrolled proportions. The crime rate especially in the districts held by these ministers is already out of control, yet they choose to incite it at any forum. We St. Lucians who know better should and can do better. Let us regardless of which party we support condemn these statements, call for apologies, resignations and a cease to these damaging statements.

Is it not funny, that in a country where mostly everyone is black and grew up poor, people talking about the prime minister as a little black boy, is the prime minister looking for pity? The prime minister didn’t grow up any poorer than George Charles, John Compton, and Kenny Anthony. And he isn’t darker than George Charles, Vaughan Lewis. So I don’t get it.
