Jade & Anse Chastanet make Conde Nast Traveler

The two Soufriere resorts once again achieve the island’s highest resort rating: Voted be to be among the Top 3 Caribbean Resorts and among the Top 100 Resorts Worldwide
Once a year, tourism businesses worldwide hold their collective breath as they await the publishing of the annual Condé Nast Traveler Reader Choice Awards.
On October 16,  Condé Nast Traveler unveiled the results of these annual Readers’ Choice Awards,  now in its 25th year, ranking the best cities, islands, cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and resorts worldwide. A record number of 46,476 readers participated in the voting, rating 370 hotels, resorts, and cruise lines above a score of 90. In total, the readers elected 1,306 winners.
“Every year, the most discriminating travelers in the world (our readers) pick the world’s superlative hotels, resorts, airlines, cruise lines, islands, and cities,” said the magazine’s Editor in Chief Klara Glowczewska. “
St Lucia’s Anse Chastanet and Jade Mountain Resorts were voted to be among the TOP 3 Caribbean Resorts, on position 2 and 3 percent respectively with an overall score of 95.4 and 95.1 percent missing out on the winning Number1 position by a mere 0.4 percent.
The overall score is made up from individual ratings for the resorts’ rooms, service, food, location, design and activities. The high rating of the two resorts also ensured their inclusion in the TOP 100 Resorts worldwide.
“We are thrilled to once again be included in these important reader awards and so are our resort teams,” says Karolin Troubetzkoy, the Executive Director of the properties. “To  consistently deliver a stellar guest service experience is a daily challenge in every resort and we here are very proud of and grateful to our resort teams for playing their part in this and ensuring  high guest satisfaction levels over and over.”
