Former superintendent of the Royal St. Lucia Police Force Mr. Martin Carasco has died. He passed away early Tuesday morning, August 4, in Toronto, Canada, following a stroke.
He leaves to mourn his brother Rick Wayne, sisters Barbara, Genitha and Deidre. Also offspring Marcus, Penny and their mother Marcella.
Martin Carasco was the first leader of St. Lucia’s Special Services Unit. He also served as a police officer in Canada. More later.
