The “Mind Your Business” Development Series has been specifically designed to provide critical business management skills and knowledge to small business. The programme, delivered by experienced and knowledgeable professionals and experts in their specific field, gives practical guidance and skills that participants can apply immediately in their business.
The objective of the development series is to help SMEs improve their operations, and deliver effective and high-impact job skills at a low cost. All facilitators are themselves owners and operators of SMEs. The facilitators have agreed to support this programme by assessing minimal fees that are passed on to participants. This ensures that key skills and knowledge transferred through the development series remains affordable for the young entrepreneur and the SMEs on the island.
“Costing and Pricing” will be facilitated by Mr. Benjamin Menald, a private consultant with over 30 years of extensive experience in financial
planning analysis, strategic planning and costing and pricing, who continues to give back to the community. The course will take place in June (26th and 27th) and July (3rd, 4th, 6th and 7th) at the Saint Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture’s conference room.
