No wonder whenever Tourist enter the country their very first impression of the island is a vagrant begging for money. I think the Lord is causing it to happen, unless you take care of the less fortunate you will not prosper.

While on that note; I must make mention to the PM, when cutting salaries you do not start from the middle (CSA) but you start from the top (Governor General/Yourself) ;leadership starts from the top, you lead by example.
(No hard feelings buddy, I am from Choiseul too, the land that has produced the most leaders on the island…lol).

We seem to have an unrealistic image to sustain, even the Prime Minister spends like we are full of money, he borrows to keep up with the Jonses club and the by-product is a people so deprived by the debt burden and poverty that suicide is an automatic solution.
