Without any doubt I know the condition of our court house is deplorable state. If we care about crime or our justice system we would have known that having one Criminal Judge over seeing all criminal cases on island is not only an a breach of our constitutional rights but speaks volumes about how we perceive our judiciary. The situation brings to question that the judge may have his biases and not perfect or even overworked. It has been over six month since the PM promised another Judge but as we all know he has money issues.
