PROCUREMENT NOTICE
TO SUPPLY EQUIPMENT AND RELATED SERVICES FOR EXPANDING EFFICIENT ACCESS TO THE INTERNET FOR THE POOR, ELDERLY AND PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED IN SOUFRIERE
The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission invites all eligible licensed telecommunications providers to bid for an intended contract for the supply of equipment and related services for the establishment of improved Internet access in the Soufriere community St. Lucia with funding being obtained from the Universal Service Fund.
The targeted areas in Soufriere will benefit from the introduction of public Wi-Fi, reactivations, expansions, restorations and repositioning of existing equipment. The areas are as follows:

This bidding process is only eligible to licensed telecommunications providers who contribute to the Universal Service Fund. Interested bidders can obtain the bid dossier in hard copy from the NTRC’s office at the above-mentioned address at a nominal fee.
The deadline for submission of bids is March 17th 2023 any clarifications can be submitted to the NTRC in writing within the time specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
