One Man Dead after Ambulance Crashes in Dennery

St. Lucia Fire Service – It is confirmed, that at approximately 8:36 am on Wednesday 6, September 2023, one of the Saint Lucia Fire Service’s responding ambulances was involved in a crash incident at Hospital Road Quarter of Dennery.  The ambulance was at the time undertaking an emergency response with a patient to the Dennery Hospital.

Unfortunately, it is confirmed that the elderly patient has since passed. The cause is unknown at this time. At present the cause of the crash incident also remains unknown. Investigations are ongoing to identify the cause of the incident.

The Management and Staff Saint Lucia Fire Service extends sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased. We also take this time to empathize with the family whose home was impacted during this incident.
