In 2012 we had no less than than 26 high level investment portfolios ready and waiting to invest in Saint Lucia and every one of them had over U.S. 100 million to invest in everything from Industrial Infrastructure to Tourism Resorts. Over 2.6 billion in investment all slated for a 30 year investment time slot.
But NO, IT DIDN’T HAPPEN BECAUSE; It was a case where everyone of them got to the stage where the ”SLP 15 Percent” was due and being ethical international businesses politely exited the discussions never to return.

Look at the qualifications and experience of persons running our overseas missions – Dubois – a weatherman, Menissa – a failed politician, Mrs L. Clarke – unqualified, Willius – a marketing board manager and failed business man. ALL THIS WHILE THE POOR SUFFER WITH VAT AND INCREASED COSTS OF LIVING.
