A traditional selection of Jamaican cuisine has been carefully chosen by our kitchen team, led by Chef Odeen, with Appleton Rum cocktails to complement. Our menu options include Manish Water, Jerk Game Hen, Escovitch Fish, Nanny Goat, and so much more. We kick off the night with live music from Rob Zii Taylor and Phyness while you dine. Then, continue dancing the night away with DJ Babaroots on the ones and twos. Dress for the occasion if it suits you and capture the memory in our photo booth.
Door prizes to be won include a round-trip ticket to Jamaica, compliments of TAM’S Travel & Immigration Services for one lucky ticket holder, so you get your tickets today. Win all night long by participating in the various competitions on the night. Play the Team Dominoes competition or tell the best Bredda Anancy story and there is even a prize for the most authentic Patra hairstyle. Also, follow Tapas On The Bay St Lucia on Facebook and Instagram to win prizes as the night draws closer. Tickets are now available at Tapas On The Bay, or by calling 485 7189, for EC $160 plus VAT and S/C. This includes your three-course dinner, Appleton Rum cocktails and a glass of wine or beer. All great reasons to jam down with some pots, pans and spoons whilst we skank the night away. Enjoy a taste of what Jamaica has to offer and maybe you could be on your way to “feelin the vibe” in Jamaica itself.
