On Monday, October 21, 2013 about 6:15 a.m., Officers attached to the Vieux Fort Police Station were summoned to the vicinity of a river, located at Vahweh in Grace, Vieux Fort. On arrival, the officers observed skull and bones which appeared to be that of a human being. The scene was processed and the remains will be conveyed to the Forensic Lab for investigative purposes. The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force is in the process of determining whether the remains are that of a human being. The matter is currently been investigated.
