TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

Low level moisture and instability over the Lesser Antilles will continue to cause cloudiness, showers and isolated thunderstorms over the central and southern portions of the region during the forecast period.

Soils are saturated or near saturation after days of nearly continuous rainfall. The possibility of landslides and flooding is high. Persons are strongly advised to continue to be vigilant and exercise extreme caution.

A tropical wave located over the Eastern Tropical Atlantic is moving westward near 17 mph or 28 km/h.
