I do not wish my name to be published. But where are the rehabilitative programs?? What future lays ahead for these inmates ?? These guards getting paid to sit there lazy? They can't even communicate outside to the general public outside work hours because they are locked up. No news papers, no television. Why publish the entertainer donating soccer balls that they can't use. Where are the Chaplin's? Volunteers? Church's ?? What kind of country is this??
