This week many of the issues affecting this woman, and women in Saint Lucia in general, were not a priority when parliamentarians chose to debate the Constitution Reform Report. Even with more women serving in both the Upper and Lower Houses, the plight of the Saint Lucian woman is often on the backburner, as each continues to toil daily against all odds!
