Long before the start of the hurricane season on June 1, two Soca artistes have been wreaking havoc with their latest Soca release. Superman HD and Ricky T released “Perfect Storm (Hol On Sumting)” in mid May and the power Soca track is now in full flight. The song is produced by Stratosphere Muzik.
Superman and Ricky T performed together at the opening of carnival on Sunday May 24 at Samaans Park and theirs was one of the most talked about performances of the night. Ricky T, who is a multiple Soca and Road March king in Saint Lucia, confirmed earlier this year that he will not be taking part in the 2015 Power and Groovy Soca Monarch competitions. However, fans of the singer can catch him at some of the major fetes for carnival as well as his very own concert “Ricky T and Friends” on July 10.
