Stabbing claims life of Barnard Hill youth

Police have said they are currently investigating a stabbing which resulted in the death of 26-year-old, Scham Jn Paul of Barnard Hill, Castries.
It was reported that about 10:15pm, on Friday 14th January, 2011, JnPaul was
in the vicinity of the Castries Market, near the La Clery bus station, where he got involved in an altercation with a group of men, when he allegedly got stabbed in the process. He was taken to the Victoria Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
There were two men in police custody but they have since been released pending further investigation.
