Was New Year message all about da IMPACS bomb?

There seems to be much restlessness among the police about this IMPACS Report. Still the government appears to be playing games with its release.
-Twop Choz.

Could you please release the report Mr. Prime Minister? The taxpayers of Saint Lucia have every right to know what is in there. The police also need to bring some closure.

Restaurateur explains controversy

This back and forth between the bar owner and the beach vendor seems to be going nowhere. I would admit, however, that there appear to be issues in Saint Lucia far deeper where vendors and beach vendors are concerned. These can only be addressed at a policy level. As far as race and class issues are concerned, we can bury our heads in the sand for as long as we want and pretend that they do not exist; the fact is, they do. If we do not stand up and deal with them, they will some day soon explode in all our faces.
-John Paul

Whatever you say cannot contradict the woman’s story. She would not lie.?You racists have to stop making people feel good about you. Your race has a very long history of abuse and genocide of other races.? Be sure karma will visit you!

I am not about to call anyone a false prophet but I will state that St. Lucia has enough airports, none of which are profitable. Mr. Prophet, put God first and not your money and quit boasting. The Psalmist says: The mouth of those that speak lies shall be stopped. Sir, take your troubles and afflictions to the Lord and not to the press. If you do not know God get to know him today because he answers prayers..

The detractors of the march are now using the noise around the “N” word to take away from the fact that people are fed up with the way things are happening in the country. On the one hand they talk about democracy and free speech and on the other they are condemning someone’s right to express themselves in the strongest way possible. Come on people, it’s a protest and no one ever said it would be pretty. If she did anything illegal she would be arrested. If she offended anyone then let them complain then shut up.

Call for LIAT heads to go

If LIAT is the only airline serving the entire Caribbean and still not making a profit then something is wrong. We have too many chiefs making the wrong decisions; some heads will have to roll.
-Dan Man

LIAT fares are certainly too high. The governments of the region need to lower the taxes to allow regional travel to improve. Where is regional integration, OECS and CARICOM going if we are forced to migrate to North America intead of enjoying the various islands? Please do something now!
-Diana Joseph

It is time for the regional governments to stop bailing out LIAT. I do agree with the writer that LIAT needs a new formula so that it can become profitable and viable. Time for change.
