TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

An upper level trough system together with a strong tropical wave, associated with a broad area of low pressure, will cause widespread cloudiness, scattered showers and thunderstorms over the Eastern Caribbean region, during the next 24 to 36 hours. The wave is moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h and is expected to begin affecting our region by this afternoon.

Another two tropical waves located over the central and eastern Tropical Atlantic are moving westward near 15 mph or 24 km/h.
