The countdown to the 2013 National Carnival Queen Pageant has begun and in this regard, the National Carnival Queen Committee has issued an invitation for costume and dress design submissions for the National Pageant.
The Carnival Queen Show will be held on Saturday, June 29 where seven contestants will compete for the crown. As the organizing committee continues preparations for this year’s event, it invites all interested costume and dress designers to submit proposals. The proposal must consist of an artistic CV and a design concept with drawings by Friday, April 19. All applications are to be delivered to the Cultural Development Foundation (CDF).
