Summerlicious is a summer promotion put on by the St Lucia Hotel and Tourism Association (SLHTA), St Lucia Tourist Board (SLTB) and restaurants on the island. It runs from Friday, July 1 to September 30 and involves dozens of fine restaurants on Saint Lucia serving up some of the best menus. The launch of the summer promotion takes place on Wednesday, July 6 at Trio’s Restaurant at the Bay Gardens Beach Resort. With the promotion, St Lucians can enjoy “a great Summerlicious gastronomical experience in some of Saint Lucia’s best restaurants all summer long.” Take advantage of the incredible value of three course dinners, starting at EC$95 including a Chairman’s signature cocktail (price includes service charge) and two course lunches from EC$50.
Participating hotels include The Village Inn & Spa, The Landings, Cotton Bay Village, Auberge Seraphine, Royal St Lucian, Windjammer Landing, Cap Maison, Bay Gardens Beach Resort, Trios Restaurant, Bay Gardens Hotel: (Spices Restaurant), Bay Gardens Beach Resort: (Hi Tide Restaurant), Calabash Cove Resort & Spa, Humming Bird Beach Resort, Jalousie Plantation, Anse Chastanet/Jade Mountain, The TreeHouse Restaurant and Aspara & Grill Restaurant, Beach Restaurant.
Restaurants that are part of the promotion include: The Fire Grill Lounge & Bar, The Edge Restaurant & Sushi Bar, Spice of India, Big Chef Steakhouse, Delirius, Charthouse Restaurant, Buzz, Ti Banane, Coal Pot Restaurant and La Terrasse. More hotels and restaurants are expected to join the Summerlicious listing soon!
