Supreme Court Hearings

The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court will be  conducting status hearings for  outstanding magesterial  appeals commencing 9th December 2013 at The High Court of Justice, Peynier Street, Castries.

Persons who are involved in the outstanding magesterial  appeals listed are asked to ensure that the attend court on Monday, December 9th 2013 so that they can advise the court as to the status of their appeals.

The list of the outstanding magesterial appeals will be published in two (2) consecutive publications of the Voice Weekend Newspaper on 16th and 23rs November respectively.

Persons with outstanding magesterial appeals whose names do not appear on the list are encouraged to make enquiries at (1) The Court of Appeal headquarters  located at 2nd Floor , Heraldine Rock Building, The Waterfront, Castries (2) The District court Office or (3) The Registry of the High Court, Peynier Street,Castries prior to the status hearing date.

Persons with outstanding magesterial appeals who paid recognizance(s) for the prosecution of the appeal(s) are encouraged to bring along their receipt(s) as proof of payment.
