What she fail to realized is it’s not just been “St Lucian” that counts, they want to taste St Lucia. Hence ! She forget to add the Barrons Pepper sauce to the goat with a little piece of ginger from Grace. You have to woo the judges; boil a cup of chichima for them while you cooking the goat or when all else fail break out the Chirman’s on the Rocks with a slice of lime and garnish with cherries to wet their taste buds Lucian Style. Oh well ! No Digicel Corporate Jet for you, no Good Morning America, No CNN, Tassane coming rally around and make buddies.
